Description

Employee Engagement is a program that teaches leaders how to shift their organizational culture from cynicism to engagement.

Through table discussions, role plays, and individual and small group coaching, participants learn the art of open, honest communication as a means to a productive, spirited organization.

Embedded in the program is the 3-C Model of Employee Engagement©, a system of leadership that enables Candor, encourages Care, and creates Connection.

Leaders who excel in these three areas, inspire innovation, discretionary effort and mutual respect.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of our session, participants will be able to:

  • Communicate with candor; inspire trust in their teams and direct reports
  • Listen deeply for what has heart and meaning, and encourage dialogue across all areas of their business
  • Identify the physical, spiritual and emotional roadblocks that get in the way of leading an engaged and inclusive organization
  • Present themselves with confidence and authenticity and inspire others to do the same
  • Create a spirited and exciting organizational culture that encourages people to bring their best selves to work
