Presentation Skills Training Program

Description

Professional Presence is the ability to move an audience to your way of thinking. It is the ability to inspire people with your ideas and to connect and engage with them in a way that makes them feel listened to, heard and understood. This seminar through large group activities and peer coaching will help you discover what it is about your Presence that will make people want to follow you. It is not by becoming something you are not, but by becoming more of what you already are and what you know you can be that will inspire your audience. You will leave the workshop knowing what it is that is already working for you, and what you could improve upon to bring your presence and presentation skills up to the next level.

Workshop Outcomes

Participants in this program will:

• Learn the skills shared by great presenters
• Discover individual’s presentation strengths and challenges
• Receive and give coaching on presentation skills
• Leave the workshop with an identified peer coach who will help him or her internalize and apply the presentation skills identified as being important for continued growth and success.

Methodology

OLG’s facilitators combine their experience in business and the arts, with advanced degrees in human sciences to deliver professional presentation and leadership skills programs that help participants learn through experiential activities, group discussion, peer and one-on-one coaching, and application exercises.
