Employee Engagement Workshop Pre-Class Activity

If you are scheduled to attend the Employee Engagement workshop, we’d like you to complete a pre-class activity. We know your time is valuable. That is why we have created a brief Pre-class introduction and exercise to help you get the most from your upcoming workshop.

1. Access eLearning. Review our Employee Engagement eLearning that introduces the concepts we will discuss in our workshop.
2. Download self-assessment. Complete a self-assessment of your Employee Engagement skills. This confidential self-assessment will help us maximize our class time together. When you click on the link, choose “run” to take the survey.
3. Ask 3 - 7 of your employees to complete a similar assessment about their working environment. You can let your employees know responses to this survey are anonymous and the results will be shared only with the manager who is attending the workshop. The survey will take approximately ten minutes to complete and their responses will help us maximize the effectiveness of the workshop. When they click on the link, they can choose “Run” to take the survey.
