From Manager to Coach ©

This program helps organizations that are concerned about retaining key talent while nurturing and developing the next generation of leaders. The program seeks to give senior managers and executives the skills to develop their people over time so as to maximize performance, job satisfaction, and morale.

Program Outline

The “Manager to Coach” Program equips leaders with the skills necessary to inspire and sustain high performance in a coaching environment. The program will help leaders learn the fundamentals of coaching in order to better communicate, and more effectively lead their team members. Workshop Outcomes Participants in the “From Manager to Coach” seminar will learn the skills to:
• Help their coachees identify their individual strengths, and opportunities for improvement
• Equip their coachees with the tools, knowledge, and opportunities they need to develop themselves and become more effective.
• Implement a development process that will help to build their coachee’s capabilities to achieve short and long-term individual and organizational goals.
• Manage one-on-one mentor/coachee meetings with confidence, curiosity, carefulness, and purpose.
