E.M. Forster, the great British writer famously once said, “Only Connect.” The core human task he is saying, the absolute essential requirement for human beings is that they form powerful connections. People are inspired to achieve great things when they form powerful connections with each other. Think of the power of the “band of brothers” who together are willing to sacrifice everything for each other. The relationships they form remain as an indelible force within them throughout their lives.

Imagine the productivity that could be ignited if stronger connections were formed in the workplace. It is possible to improve the capacity of everyone in the work place to deepen connections with the purpose of enhancing motivation and therefore productivity.
