Description

This Customer Service Seminar focus’ on the critical skills necessary to deliver excellent customer service. The program will strengthen participant’s sales and customer service skills and team functionality.

Objectives

Participants in the training program will learn the skills to:
• Bond and build rapport with customers through a customer focused dialogue
• Gain an extensive understanding of their customers’ overall needs
• Provide relevant solutions that address the needs and concerns uncovered during the needs assessment conversation
• Gain Agreement around a mutually developed solution with their customers.
• Enhance their relationship with their customers in a way that will increase the customer’s loyalty.
