Reggie Pearse brings over twenty five years in leadership blended with rigor and creativity to his design and delivery of leadership development workshops and executive coaching. His practical experience as a CEO combined with his experience as an improv actor and short story writer has given him a passion for helping people be at their best, so they are more engaging, motivated and inspirational in their role. He has worked with organizations including PepsiCo International, MIT, Boston Architectural College, Fidelity Investments, Caliper Life Sciences, and Fast Company. He is a graduate of the Irish Management Institute and also holds a masters in Organizational Psychology. Reggie is an adjunct professor at Boston University School of Management teaching organizational behavior.
