Kate Nugent

Kate Nugent has over 14 years experience designing and facilitating experiential learning programs for non-profit and corporate organizations. Her clients have included American Express, The Federal Reserve, Department of the Treasury, KPMG and Merrill Lynch. She has facilitated leadership trainings for executive education programs at Harvard, Columbia, and Duke Universities.

Kate is also a skilled executive coach and is versed in techniques of relationship building and emotional intelligence. She has coached executives, non-profit leaders, administrators and service professionals. She brings a refreshing blend of humor and rigor to her coaching and facilitation; she meets her clients where they are and challenges them to become their most confident and generous selves.

Kate leads programs in Leadership Presence, Presentation Skills, Teambuilding, Process Facilitation, Leading Change and Manager as Coach. She holds degrees in Education from both UMass/Amherst (B.A.) and Emerson College (M.A.).
