AMY is a highly experienced executive coach and leadership and team development specialist who brings many years of study of human behavior from the world of psychology and the world of theater to executives across many industries. She specializes in helping her clients develop greater emotional intelligence and an ability to build more honest relationships that allow teams to get more work done.

Amy specializes in helping leaders become more “people-smart” and developing greater flexibility in their leadership style, so they are better managers for all types of people.

Amy works closely with her clients to develop and deliver interview questions that get information about how their leadership style and presence affect those around them. Amy then works with her clients to develop rigorous homework assignments to encourage growth and development of new behaviors over time.
