Dr Ron Goldman - Partner

Dr. Ron Goldman is a highly experienced educator, OD consultant and executive coach who helps people and organizations discover and remedy the complex ways they prevent themselves from assuming responsible power and authority. Drawing from years of study of psychology, group dynamics, and theatre Ron has a gift for helping organizations become dynamic, creative, spirited places to work. He has been coaching executives, teachers and artists for over twenty five years. His approach strongly challenges participants to learn skills crucial to their development while maintaining an environment that is lightened by much laughter. Prior to starting his own business Ron was for many years Associate Dean at Boston University’s College of Communication. Currently, he is also a professor of General Education at Berklee College of Music.

Archie Roberts - Partner

Archie Roberts consults to organizations around the world in the area of organizational learning and change. He has taught at the Harvard Business School, the Columbia Graduate School of Business, Cambridge College, The Esalen Institute, and is currently an Adjunct Professor in the graduate program in Holistic Counseling at Salve Regina University in Newport, RI. A graduate of MIT, classically trained actor, published poet, and Gestalt therapist, he brings his clients insights that incorporate the rigor of science and savvy of art, the clarity of the head and the understanding of the heart. As a writer, teacher, and theoretician, he has served as co-Editor and co-Director of GestaltPress, and has authored and edited numerous books and articles in Gestalt theory. His clients have included IBM, General Electric, American Express, Merrill Lynch, and other leading organizations.

Amy Goldfarb - Partner

Amy Goldfarb has been an executive coach, team development consultant and teacher for over ten years. Amy creates an honest learning environment that both challenges and supports individuals and groups as they work on all aspects of organization health, including leadership development, relationship building, presentation skills, and coaching skills. She blends humor with her training in theater and psychology to work with senior executives at JP Morgan, The Hearst Corporation, Staples, Fidelity Investments, and EMC to name a few. Amy has a Bachelors degree in comparative literature, and a Masters in Social Work from Simmons College.

Perrin Pearse - Partner

Perrin (Reggie) Pearse brings over twenty years in leadership blended with rigor and passion to his design and delivery of teambuilding, personal and leadership development workshops. He is passionate about helping people be their best, so they are more productive, motivated and creative in their roles. He has worked with organizations including Fleet Bank, Caliper Life Sciences, Fidelity Investments, Fast Company and Allied Irish Banks. He has a BA in Management, and is an accredited emotional intelligence facilitator with the Institute for Health and Human Potential.

Lou Bergholz - Affiliate

Lou Bergholz brings a rare blend of workshop design expertise, professional presence and engaging facilitation. After graduating from Cornell University’s human development program, Lou spent the past nine years involved in corporate consulting and university-level teambuilding in the United States and abroad. He has devoted much of his professional career to the study of innovation, creativity and emotional intelligence, not as dry, academic topics but as lively and dynamic components of an organization’s vitality. His expertise and experience are grounded in the essential principles of learning, human development and organization behavior.

 

Dr Colleen Ives - Affiliate

Dr. Colleen Ives, a consultant and coach, brings more than thirteen years of experience in executive leadership for public and non-profit organizations. Her solid management know-how and experience managing operating budgets from $150K to $15M, gives her first-hand knowledge of the range of challenges facing small and mid-size organizations. Colleen’s belief in the capacity of people and organizations to achieve their potential led her to a doctoral degree in organizational development from Fielding Graduate University. Colleen also holds a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Assumption College.
